ShadowFlame

Meet Shadowflame. He is a dragon who was lost in the war. In the war that the royals had ten years ago, they wiped out his entire species along with the riders that were on them. The only hope for their species was his egg and one other egg. One person was able to take the eggs and hide them in a cabin in the Skyville mountains, where no one would be able to find them. However, for the eggs to hatch, there has to be a ride that is worthy for the egg to hatch from. The stranger was going to invite people over to see if they were worthy, but before they could, they were killed in the war, and the secret of the eggs was lost forever. When the dragons hatch for someone, they are linked to that person for life. Their minds interlock, and their feelings and emotions become one. They can feel each other’s pains and their emotions. If one of them die it can drive the other one mad, and soon after, they may die as well. There have been rare cases, however that the remaining partner has been able to find a hope and a reason to continue to live and have.
